The Principals of TOTAL PACKAGE PARTNERS utilize their vast experience in creating compensation and benefits strategies and plan designs to help meet the business objectives of our clients.
David Brandies has over 30 years of Human Resources experience mainly as a senior executive in large corporate, global operations. His main expertise is in designing domestic and international compensation and benefits programs. He is well versed in the areas of performance management, HRIS, domestic relocation and international mobility plans. Kathleen Murray-Barrett is an employee benefits professional with 21 years of experience in the employee benefit design and management arena. She has extensive experience with merger-related activity, global plan harmonizations and integration projects. Domestically, she has assisted numerous companies with marketing and administration efforts, outsourcing of benefits, management of severance and relocation programs and placement of voluntary benefit arrangements.

Marianne Deska has over 25 years of experience in Domestic and International employee benefits. She specializes in the design and implementation of voluntary benefit plans along with the remarketing of life, disability, and retirement plans. Internationally, she has extensive experience with mergers and acquisitions, harmonization of benefit plans, expatriate/TCN welfare and pension plans, international travel plans, multinational pooling arrangements, benefit inventories/surveys and international policies. Previously, she worked several years as a Director of Human Resources.
