The three partners of Total Package Partners have worked together for close to twenty years; we first met in 1991 and formed the global Compensation and Employee Benefits team for a large, international pharmaceutical company. We're colleagues, we're friends, we consult and work together on all our projects. When you retain our services, you get the owners, principals and the people who will conduct the engagement and who will do the work. Collectively we have over seventy five years of HR experience, mainly in the areas of domestic and international compensation and employee benefits.
Here's a brief bio on the three partners.
We create tailored employee benefits and compensation strategies and corresponding plan designs using best practice know how and innovation. We are also licensed health, life and accident brokers/producers in Pennsylvania and across the U.S.
After many years of being the client, we recognize and understand that meeting our client's needs, building relationships, and forging trust are critical. TPP launched its operations in early 2003, our approach today is the same as it was on day one; when we're fortunate enough to be awarded a project, we always strive to achieve the highest level of client satisfaction; what could be more important than that.
